FAQ – Specialist can’t find parking

What do I do when a specialist can’t find parking for my session?

When booking your appointment, we ask that you provide detailed parking information to ensure the specialist arrives to your location on time.

In the case that parking instructions are not provided, the specialist will do his best to find free parking. If he is unable to do so and have to pay to park, you may be charged up to $25 in parking fees once a receipt is submitted. Charges will only occur if the receipt is submitted within 7 days of your appointment.
