Breathing Exercise – Great for Morning and Evening

This is a great starter exercise for morning and evening before bed. This will start you to get in touch with your breathing habitual pattern. Learn how to maximize effectiveness in the difference between nose-only breathing and mouth-breathing. I recommend doing this as much as possible, starting out a few days out of the week if you can and working your way up to doing more if you’d like.
