Ouch! Why do headaches suck?
Because we aren’t drinking enough water! As we always say but ALSO, your suboccipitals and SCM muscular areas are not happy! And let’s avoid taking acetaminophen if possible since it has been known to destroy your liver 😫
But seriously check this out if you:
